Accessing Our Services
To begin receiving services from Arthritis Center of Nebraska, you can ask your doctor for a referral, or call us directly at (402) 420-1212 to make an appointment.

Telephone Policy
receptionistOur Number: (402) 420-1212
Your call will be answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During office hours, the call will be answered at the Arthritis Center of Nebraska. Otherwise, your call will be directed to our answering service. Please be aware that outside of regular hours, our physicians are on call for emergencies only.

Our telephone policy has been designed to offer you the best service possible, while also avoiding interruptions for in-office patient care. Please follow these guidelines whenever possible:
 Call between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
To leave messages for a nurse, choose option "3"

Be prepared to give the nurse the following information

  1. Complete name, including the spelling of your last name
  2. Phone number where we can reach you
  3. A brief description of the problem
  4. A list of any allergies or side effects from the medication

Once the nurse has this information, the problem will be discussed with your physician. The nurse will then call you back with instructions. Please keep in mind that a telephone call is not a substitute for an office visit.
