You’ve got the diagnosis, but there’s still a lot to learn about your arthritis — much more than can be told in a single doctor’s appointment. In fact, there are 100 types of arthritis with various causes and symptoms.

If it all sounds a little overwhelming, take heart! There’s a lot you can do to get on the path to health — and information is your best weapon! That's where the A-Team comes in — A as in:

The A-Team, the health care providers at Arthritis Center of Nebraska, present Ask the A-Team on the third Thursday of the month. RSVP are requested the Monday before each talk.

When and where to Ask the A-Team

Ask the A-Team sessions begin at 7 p.m. on the second floor of Arthritis Center of Nebraska in Room 216. 2018 sessions are scheduled for:
